Arena Build Partnership · $2,499
Have an arena professional in your corner while the work gets done.
Some projects need more than a plan. For a new arena, a significant rebuild, or a complicated existing problem, we help develop the plan and stay involved at the important points while you or your contractor carry it out.
Already have an Arena Blueprint? Upgrade to the Partnership for $1,704.

What you walk away with
- An expert reviewing each critical stage before you move on

Up to three project reviews at the moments that matter
Your advisor sets the checkpoints for your project — for a renovation they might cover material removal, base correction, footing installation, final depth, or moisture.
Before major base work proceeds
We review photos, video, field information, contractor observations, or relevant tests.
Before the next layer is placed
We review current conditions and decide whether more information is needed before you keep going.
After footing is installed
We review conditions, measurements, your grooming approach, and any early concerns.
When the project raises a question, we'll help determine what should be checked before you keep building.
Material reports, compaction, sand gradation, moisture, contractor documentation, ground observations, more photos or measurements. Some testing involves third-party charges that need your approval — not all lab work is included in the fee.
Already have someone doing the work? That's fine.
We work with your contractor or installer to communicate the recommended approach, review materials and information, and answer project questions. You stay free to choose who does the work — they remain responsible for it.
